Program Requirements/Rules:

To qualify for the rebate, participating cotton growers must submit a proof of purchase (i.e. invoice) showing the total net volume (volume purchased less product returned) of ETX Herbicide Defoliant purchased between July 1, 2025 and November 30, 2026. The proof of purchase must be submitted directly, or in conjunction with the retailer, via the Nichino America website (www.nichino.net) on or before January 15, 2027. Qualifying rebates will be paid on or before March 15, 2027. 

Purchases from another grower, chemical broker, or online brokerage will not be considered as qualifying purchases. 

Nichino America reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice. This program is void where prohibited by law.
