Cotton Grower Rebate
$15.00 per half-gallon rebate for purchases of ET herbicide/defoliant

A minimum purchase of eight half-gallons (one case) of ET herbicide/defoliant is required to be eligible for rebate. Multiple purchases during the qualifying period may be combined to meet the eight half-gallon minimum.

To receive $15.00 per half-gallon rebate by mail:

Purchase ET^® herbicide/defoliant between July 1, 2022 and November 30, 2022.

Complete and submit the following form, including proof of purchase of your qualifying ET herbicide/defoliant purchases.

Program Requirements/Rules:

Offer valid in the following states: AR, LA, MS, MO, TN

Void where prohibited by law.

To qualify for the $15.00 per half-gallon rebate, participating growers must complete this form and submit a proof of purchase (i.e. photo or digital scan of sales receipt or sales invoice) showing the total net volume (volume purchased less product returned) of ET herbicide/defoliant purchased between July 1, 2022 and November 30, 2022. The proof of purchase must be submitted directly by the grower, or in conjunction with the grower’s retailer.

Purchases from another grower, chemical broker, or online brokerage will not be considered as qualifying purchases.

Rebate request must be submitted by December 16, 2022.

Rebates will be made payable to the entity name. Entity name must match sales invoice exactly.

Qualifying rebates will be sent via first class mail on or before February 15, 2023.
