Almond Grower Rebate – Northern California

$15.00 per gallon rebate for all FujiMite^® Miticide/Insecticide purchases made during the qualifying dates.

Offer valid in the following counties of Northern California:
Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Merced, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Yolo, Yuba.

A minimum purchase of 20 gallons of FujiMite Miticide/Insecticide is required to be eligible for rebate. Multiple purchases during the qualifying period may be combined to meet the twenty-gallon minimum.

To receive $15.00 per gallon rebate by mail:

Purchase/Use FujiMite Miticide/Insecticide between June 26, 2023 and September 30, 2023.

Complete and submit the following form, including proof of purchase, written recommendation, or pesticide use report of your qualifying FujiMite Miticide/Insecticide purchases/use.

Program Requirements/Rules:

Offer valid in the following counties of Northern California: Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Merced, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Yolo, Yuba.

The program minimum is 20 gallons ($300) per payment.

To qualify for the $15.00 per gallon rebate, participating almond growers must submit a proof of purchase (i.e. photo or digital scan of sales receipt or sales invoice) showing the total net volume (volume purchased less product returned) of FujiMite Miticide/Insecticide purchased between June 26, 2023 and September 30, 2023. A written recommendation or pesticide use report showing use of of FujiMite Miticide/Insecticide between June 26, 2023 and September 30, 2023 is also an acceptable form of proof of purchase. The proof of purchase must be submitted directly by the grower or in conjunction with the retailer.

Purchases from another grower, chemical broker, or online brokerage will not be considered as qualifying purchases.

Rebate request must be submitted via the Nichino America website prior to October 27, 2023.

Rebates will be made payable to the entity name. Entity name must match sales invoice exactly.

Qualifying rebates will be paid on or before December 15, 2023.

Nichino America, Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.

This program is void where prohibited by law.
